A closet that’s open to everyone

Imagine a store with no checkout lines, no price tags, and no judgment. Just racks and tables brimming with gently used and new clothing, waiting to be loved again. At our events, you can shop for what you need, choose what makes you feel good, and walk out with clothing you’re excited about… all completely free.

October 20-21, 2025 - Pickering Barn

We are excited to be planning our second free clothing event in partnership with the City of Issaquah!

Monday, October 20: Clothing Donation Day. Drop off your clean, gently used, and new items at Pickering Barn (1720 10th Ave NW, across from Costco) anytime between 11 am - 7 pm. We will sort, fold, arrange and/or hang everything donated to make shopping easier. Any amount of pre-sorting you do helps save us time (ie: bag up kids, women’s, and men’s clothes separately and label the outside of the bag/box)

We gladly accept:

  • Clean, gently used or new clothing for infants, kids, men, and women in all sizes and seasons

  • Shoes, accessories, and outerwear (jackets, vests, etc) in clean, wearable condition

  • Seasonal clothing

  • Hangers

These items are not accepted:

  • Stained, torn, or heavily worn items

  • Used undergarments, bathing suits, or socks (ok if new)

  • Household goods or other textiles

Tuesday, October 21: Free Shopping Day. Shop our racks for free at Pickering Barn anytime between 2 pm - 6:30 pm. Feel free to bring your family, friends, and neighbors!

May 27-28, 2025 - Pickering Barn

Nearly 100 people donated over 250 bags of gently used and new with tags on clothing to our first free clothing event. We had 22 volunteers tirelessly sort, fold, and arrange the clothing into an easily shoppable environment. Over 500 shoppers joyfully browsed racks and tables filled with kids, teens, women’s and men’s clothing of all sizes and left with a smile on their face and a bag (or more!) of free clothes.

Tables filled with sorted children's clothes labeled for toddlers (2T-6T) in a brightly lit room with windows and exit doors.
Tables covered with folded clothes at a the free clothing event inside a large barn-like space with high ceilings and wooden beams.
Clothing items on a table labeled 'Teen Scene' at the free clothing event, with shoes underneath and other tables of clothes in the background.
Three tables with folded clothing, labeled as Shorts, Pants, and T-Shirts, in a large room with wooden floors and windows.
